Round for sale, all work is nice and compact, currently cleaned using a combination of trad and wfp so well suited to either method. Round established last may/june time.

Happy for buyer to work with us during handover.

The round takes 800£ per month and is currently cleaned over 4.5 days.

More work available if needed.

What about if I might buy it or might not buy it? - If it turns out I might buy it more than might not buy it would you mind if I come on here and start ranting to everyone that your an idiot for selling to someone else?  ;D

What about If I buy it and loose loads of customers - that'll be your fault as well so am I allowed to slag you off on here?  ::)
