Thats a private issue between Chris and I Paul. ;D

I am signing off to be hetro for a few hours so you'll just have to do without me.

Scallops in a lemon/parley butter sauce, crab cocktail, tomatoe salsa prawns, all on crostini with an avocado and bacon/spinach salad. Thats whats she's getting tonight (and yes, feel free to excite yourself on your own elaborations of that last comment).

So if you have any cooking questions just ask. S0 don't me ask for any advice on carpet cleaning, ring Mossy (thats what I do)

i think that by asking someone for money for that mpower you are a disgrace to CC industry.

Good idea John. Perhaps we'll try it with and without hot water too.

John,
Using it is as simple as reading the label and following instructions .......... i have never used it anything other than 120:1
as labelled.
Versus detergents is worthless as well, not a competitor but an alternative ............ only valid example would be to see resoiling in 6 months or reactions from allergies caused........... as this is how i market difference.
Last used up my detergents about 18 months ago and have survived in the game since then ........actually thriving on the non detergent path as that appears to be the way my customers want things done now.

Today I got a call from a care manager (a lady). Care Home part of a group and I have done 3 already, the 2nd one - she was manager there but I think she is a trouble shooter and moves around getting other homes in the group ship shape.
They have Rug Doctors at each place and use them frequently for spills and trying to keep the corridors and rooms up to scratch.
Got to go and see a home on Monday afternoon, she wants me to go in and use what I use (microsplitters - MPower and Nemesis Super mostly) to get rid of the residue detergents in the carpet.
She can obviously see a benefit in using microsplitters and not detergents.
Like Chris - makes good business for me.

People often say the resoiling issue has not been proven but one of my customers had TM cleaning done 4 times a year at their offices ........... i now do the carpets with HWE or LM (where appropriate) and apart from the fact the new methods results were noticed by all .......... the carpets are now done every 4 months.
Very happy that i have saved them 25% on their annual carpet cleaning budget ............ that is about £2500 a year, story is mentioned in upcoming Cleaning Matters issue ........... you can't miss it  ;)
