Nice!

That is as rare as hen's teeth.

I have had one in all my 25 years do that. An 8 weekly residential who is very pleasant but he is a bit OCD - flypaper hung up, ant powder put down, artificial grass and spotless cars sort of chap.

He said "could we change the schedule?" - I was about to launch into my "I do don't do longer gaps than 8 weekly" spiel when he clarified a shorter clean schedule.

I had this yesterday too, an 8 weekly large house, £180 per clean, now 6 weekly.  ;D

the nearest to this I've ever had is a housing assoc. ask for a price to clean 3 blocks of flats (only 3 storey) approx 45 units in all + some communial areas - worked out at 350

cleaned it twice then got a call to let us know we didn't need to clean the individual flats - just clean the 3 communial entrances in/out and that the price supplied was acceptable  ;D

20 mins tops to complete - I'll like a day full of these  ;D

I've had one change from 8 weeks to 4.

Her house is right on the river, very picturesque!

Only trouble is, as the weather gets warmer, the place is full of little flying insects that are in your face all the time.

Bugger  :(

I had a customer that was £250 a clean. Say they were bad this time with all the weather, could I do them weekly. I they didn’t need it as it was unusual weather.  She said do them every 2 weeks.  Sadly  she died a few years ago. But paid over £160,000 in the time I cleaned..

I used to do a place that was £175.00 a visit.

After a time they asked could I do them traditionally. So I agreed but the price got doubled.

3 months after this the estate manager moved out and along came a new one. She said to "be sure to use the pole system as it's much safer than ladders".

The price never got reduced...
