What you suggest is actually what I found most comfortable, i.e. right hand on trigger, left hand palm down on top of the lance pipe, however even then it was most uncomfortable than my shorter lance. Is there any merit in using a straight lance?

Window Cleaning Forum / First commercial quote

Hi all,

Someone approached me today to put in a price on a commercial unit. I’ve only ever done residential so I really don’t know how to price this and what other things to consider.

If anyone is willing to offer their opinion on how to price this I’d really appreciate it. It’s in Birmingham if that makes much difference.

I’ve struggled to attached photos but I’ve managed to get 2 finally uploaded.  So there’s 2 sides showing with the other 2 sides mirror images of those attached.

They want the windows, canopies and cladding cleaning. Any ideas in price would be greatly appreciated.

Many TIA
Russ 👍🏻

If the other two sides are the same with no porch I reckon an hour's work once regular. Would price at £100 first clean and £75.00 thereafter.

I don't do gutters anymore. But looks really easy.

That's cheap.

You once rang me and offered to show how to make £80 ph window cleaning, for a fee obviously.
Now I’d like to help you here but there is a fee obviously 😁

Yes - the long wet winter has increased p/w work three fold this year 😛

Rob - have you done any big work in Norwich in the last 6 weeks?
