Quality work comes at a premium there is very little around. My work actually shows a profit after all expenses. You can buy under priced work for far less but what is the point in that.

Far to little, This is the very best you can get and if you work to the same high standards I do your loses would be nearer 1%. What is important is the profit margin not how much work you buy per month. I show a profit of 30% after all costs including van renewal holiday pay deducted and all other costs. Buy cheap get poor work. Good luck with your quest.

On reflection 4 x monthly is pathetic lets break this down.
£10.00 job takes 3x as long first clean, To canvas is 3x the clean price, To evolve the round to almost door to door is 3x to 5 x the clean price plus the good will. Your looking for very low quality work and thats not my game.
Break down.
 First clean      costs £30.00
Canvass            costs £30.00
Evolve round  costs £40.00
Good will          costs £40.00
Were now 14 x the work value.  = £8,400

Window cleaning like any other business has a value and that value is not the work per month but the profit margin and were not talking working out the back of your car with no insurance and cheap gear.

Your call and its a bad one . Rule of thumb business values are 7 to 10 x there annual PROFIT a tried and tested method over many years.  I have a full 3 weeks work a week even after the sale of several bits and cant keep control past said point and in fact want to reduce further.
R.O.I is way off as any returns are surly based on profit not earnings. You also forgot about the 30 years experience and knowledge on costing customer care and sales technique and expertise  that goes with this. Also loses if any would be outweighed by gains simple by being there. To reply to the fact that quality has no bearing is somewhat misconceived as I often take work from other cleaning companies and charge more money and the sole reason for this is because my standards are higher. So now you have a customer who has opted to pay more foe a better job asking yourself this how are you now going to take this work off me if you do not buy it.
As an added point of interest nobody had asked how long this work takes to do another key factor but I am sure you will plod on averaging 8 to 15.00 an hour after costs. Enjoy.

I'm fine with my £ per hour work which I don't need to boast about but to put your mind at rest is far above £8 -£15 per hour.
But you carry on boss as I'm not interested in any work at a 13x valuation. Hope you get a sale. I'll keep an eye out for you around Norwich , if I see  ya I'll come say Hi.
