Title: What's the going rate for your employees?

Just wondered what the going rate of pay is for a window cleaners assistant or employee window cleaner.

we start are employees on £50 a day and after a few months when they get faster they can go up to £100 a day

The last place I worked for before having enough bottle to go solo were paying £80 a day before tax. Seems to be the average rate here in Brum :-\ The one before that, only stuck it a fortnight, advertised £350 a week but said it was £250 at interview then paid me £110 for a weeks work. This was cleaning Asda's from Stafford to Wisbech for a right nob in Yorkshire. Didn't bother to tell the t-rd I quit, just dumped the van and left. Hope he goes bust soon :-*
