i think £20 is reasonable enough , though that is the low end price. with fuel prices going up and that, this price could go up. I know the more experienced washer will easily charge more.

Thanks guys I have settled for £2.50 per sq metre for cleaning and £2.50 per square metre for sealing.
Should I charge more for the sealing as I have been told that  sealing is a royal pain in the rear.

Matt,
If can be a pain so if you have not done sealing before then go on a course and learn properly. At £2.50 per sq mt you will loose out big time.

Yes at least, we only use Resiblock which is expensive, our prices start from about £7.00 per sq mt + vat for sealing only

It'll cost you about £1.50 per metre in sealant alone.

Then add the labour for two coats, plus it has to be a dry day, which is impossable to plan for. Plus your labour and expenc for sanding(if blockwork)

Dont sell yourself short, im new to sealing too mind

Sealing courses are done by the following
Resiblock (Basildon Essex)
PICS I think they are in Newbury.
Smartseal, I think these guys hold courses all over the UK.
Matt do a google search for these companies as there web-sites might give you some more info.

....also Roger,

On your samples on your site I see you have cleaned limestone (bathstone) nicely. Did you only use pressure, or did you use chemicals? if so, which ones?

Cheers

Contact Resiblock direct for prices as it will depend on what product and how much you want. We are Resiblock contractors so our buy-in prices will be different to what you will get.
