Looking for Commercial Cleaning Companies to share account

We have the opportunity to bid for a 'national' account. There are site's near Derby, Stratford, Dundee and Exeter. I have already found potential cleaning partners for the rest of their business.

These are an office type of clean and hours range from 40 to 165 hours of cleaning per week. Consumables and extra's make the smallest account over £2000 a month.

I'm looking to get independent local companies involved s we can offer them something similar to a national service. You'd need to be able to finance a job of this size and have experience in larger type offices. I'm not wanting franchises or any national companies, please.

I need to get this sorted over the next couple of weeks and hopefully get positive decisions to go ahead.

Thank for the e-mails etc. I've now submitted full schedules for the sites local to me and we're now awaiting the 'go-ahead' to quote the whole group.

Unfortunately, the European Facilities Department are involved which has slowed things down somewhat. Still, my quote saves them around 20% per year and their current contractor is hopeless so there is hope that this will progress.

I'll keep everyone in touch as soon as I know whats going to happen.

These are large sites which require the usual 'office' type of cleaning. Monthly billing ranges from around £2000 to £6000 per month but we haven't yet been given the go ahead to quote all of the sites.

Thanks everyone. Like most things where larger accounts are concerned, things go slowly. We still await the go-ahead to provide a comprehensive quotation for the business. This is due to family illness to the main contact within their business which has lead to a substantial time off work.

So, we wait and remain in contact until they give us the nod to get busy!
