Any adverse effects to the metal?
It’s that almost warehouse looking ridged metal cladding, wondering if softwashing will be a bad idea...

I wouldn't use hypo on anything metal or lead.

Yes it does but you arnt going to clean something without some effort , by spraying that building with virosol and a rub with wfp bit harder than cleaning windows it came up like new and was a very good earner , we do lots like this .
