I want to say what an awesome service I just got from Altec. I called around a few companies trying to get a part that I desperately needed with no joy. I called Chris at Altec who didn't have the part either, but a couple of days later, one arrived in the post... he had made me one! It's nice to know that some suppliers still have your back. Well done Altec.

ive been dealing with alltec for over ten years and nothing is too much trouble for them.
they are always friendly and very helpful

They snap off right ? they must know that after years of seeing service machines , wonder how much cost adding stainless versions would be ..
Not just Alltec ... but all the manufacturers ... has anyone ever being contacted after they bought a machine ... to ask , how is going for you ... are there any issues ... are there features or improvments you would like to see in future .
Not me anyway , Ashbys did message .. but that was more like , could u praise us on facebook please .
You would think all the owners would be a great resource to find potential issues or improve their future product and reliability ,

Its not that John, its that they are'nt tall enough,so the cable keeps falling off.
They are too wide and not tall enough. Think I'll make some myself.

Agree.......every alltec machine I've had they snap off in no time. Always made my own. And yes their customer service and helpfulness is faultless. Been using them for 20 years and they've always got my out of a pickle I've got myself in.
