Do you offer multiple services or just stick to window cleaning?

You probably know this already but, Gutters & Fascias, Conservatory roofs, cladding etc.

Thinking about getting into pressure washing, but the money is fairly good on windows alone.

Windows, outsides of gutters, fascias, soffits, conny roofs.

We used to guttervac but it dropped the hourly rate.  I'd give up conny roof cleans in a heartbeat if I could, for the same reason.

What do you charge for an average sized roof with finial on the crest Vin?

Our roof prices start from £60 for regular customers and start at £150 for an external conservatory clean for non customers.

Tend to find they return a good hourly rate.

£6 a panel.

The ones that are a PITA are glass roofed ones where you can't stand on the floor to do them.

Reason why I asked I popped out today to do a gutter clearing quote and by the time I left the customers wanted:
1. house gutters & downspouts checked/cleared .
2. outside of gutters, fascias etc cleaned
3. house render walls cleaned
5. conservatory roof cleaned (self cleaning glass)
6. patio cleaned
7. windows cleaned

I did not want to push my luck but the driveway needed cleaning too so will mention that after the job has been completed. ;D

As above but without the gutter clearing.

Also do domestic oven cleaning, that came before the window cleaning and still about 50% of the business as well as commercial kitchens and duct cleaning.

Good to keep busy!!

I hate most conservatory cleaning jobs but the ones I hate most are the four sided ones that are mostly very awkard to do properly.

Hi Guys, anyone thought of offering to clean sliderobes for your custys, don't laugh many of these sliderobes have floor to ceiling large mirror panes across the full width of bedrooms, these are a pain in the behind for most householders as they try  cleaning them with glass/mirror cleaner and cloths thrown across the end of their sweeping brushes which just ends up leaving the mirrors full of greasy residues. i have developed a simple method which is quick and effective without leaving any spills or splashes behind.
There are huge volumes of sliderobes and are very popular in homes today and of course you can charge accordingly as an example i would say for a wall to wall floor to ceiling sliderobe £10 for 10 mins of detailing just something different to add to your list of extras. Tadgh
