Not quite sure which product you are talking about?  Do you mean LTP Grout Stain Remover?  If so like all grout removers  it is designed to remove grout haze.  It will not remove layers of grout or blobs.  Grout Remover works on a layer at a time.  So imagine the grout as 30 layers of cling film on top of each other.  The remover eats through a couple of layers a time.  So if it’s thick you can imagine how many applications you require.  Then of course if the tile is acid sensitive you have another problem.  As for price my website www.tilinglogistics.co.uk is unbeatable for LTP products.

Hi Kev the Tiles have a textured finish and the tilers dont clean them correctley so theres  grout haze that wont really wash off when we carry out the build cleans.
Dont think they are acid sensitive they are wall tiles in bathrooms.

If they are not acid sensitive there are several products you could use.  Ecoprotec Cement and Grout Remover, Faber Cement Remover, LTP Grout Stain Remover or  if they are acid sensitive use Fila Deterdek.  I sell them all
