Looking for good WFP round in West Yorkshire

Hi all.
We are looking to buy decent wfp work in the West Yorkshire area.
Only genuine work considered meaning the seller would do all the usual like introducing us to customers etc.
We have the cash waiting!!

There is a trad round on ebay in wakefield, dont know if any good or can be converted wfp.

If the work is good and has been wfp for at least a year owt up to £30000.

I've got a nice little cul de sac takes £80 a month . You can have that for 30k . I might come down a bit .

Wakefield is ideal but anywhere up to 1 hr travelling is good.

There is a small round on Gumtree, it's trad but says can be done wfp. In my opinion they r asking too much for it.

definitely for sale now. I would start a new for sale thread but it doesn't seem to work for me.?

£1534 X 4wks 202 customers = 1 man 2 big days or 3 easy days (7-8days per month)

£9k ono

2 new estates being built so this can be a much bigger but still compact round.

I may also include Pump box + New 75AH leisure battery + 350 flat tank + 50m Microbore on Hozelock reel + 450gpd twin pumped RO + Water butt with float valve and Submersible pump + 640ltr IBC with Imersion heater.

(Basically you'd just need a pole and a vehicle to be up and running)
