I bought this round a couple of months ago but just as luck would have it work has come up for sale in my home town so I really want to sell the bromley round to finance buying another round.
If all wfp bar a couple of bungalows and a couple of downstairs. Was don't tops by wfp trad bottom. I've done all the hard work making the bottoms wfp clean standard over the last couple of months.
It's about 1500£ a month maybe a little less. I paid 7500£ for it so I'd like that back to finance other purchases coming up.
