I have a small amount of work for sale in an estate in ipswich it must be done trad which is why i dont want it anymore, ive been doing it 2 years and the guy i bought it off the same.
It consists of 7 houses on one road all £8 - 6 weekly
and 2 houses on the neighbouring road 1 £8 6 weekly and 1 £9 12 weekly
not looking to make loads of money just dont want to stop going and leave them in the lurch as they are a good bunch
