Make sure you mask off thoroughly before you start

Price up how much a stainless steel fridge door is or the re-polishing of it.
I had to once for a lift door as one of my guys was "pushed for time" we were lucky and I managed to fix it easily but could have cost us £500.00. It did however cost about 4 hours of my time for a 20 minute fix and a preventative measure that would only take 2 mins and cost a few quid for the area to be protected..
As you wipe off abrasive honing powder slurry it can leave some nice scratching.
A splash skirt for your rotary is also a good investment for a belt & braces approach.
