Title: terms and conditions

I figured it's about time I started to use T's & C's but am unsure as to exactly what I should be including. For those guys who provide them on the back of their quotes etc, where did  you start and is there a template you could recommend?

We just made up our own , depending what work you are doing they might need to be different .
