Help with big contracts
« on: April 30, 2010, 08:52:45 pm »
Hello everybody!

We are a specialist hotel contract cleaning company. We currently clean for the big brands like Holiday Inn, Marriott and Hilton. We have a proven track record of managing large scale contracts efficiently and effectively.

I have grown my business from nothing to a £1.5m turnover business in 18 months. I'm looking for opportunities nationally to diversify within the cleaning industry. Opportunities to support small businesses and form partnerships. Opportunities to gain contracts with partners in other cleaning sectors of any kind.

We have access to large numbers of EU staff, payroll facilities, marketing resources and other corporate systems. We are able to access cash to help you finance viable projects. A sort of business angel in our industry!!!

We are also able to supply staff on a temporary or permanent basis at competitive rates.

If you would like a shot at big contracts, or think you have a chance of getting one but need help to do it then lets talk. Nothing ventured, nothing gained and with no obligation.

You can read about us at www.spotless.uk.com or email garry@spotless.uk.com

Kind regards

Garry Price

Gary

Been having a look round your website and there is mention of Carmel Pearson. Carmel is quite an unusual name that I have only come across once before.

I worked in Aviemore ski centre in the 80s - 84/85 and there was a red haired Irish girl there called Carmel Morgan. Would this be the same person.

M-CLEAN UK offer external cleaning services to supermarkets on their refurbishment programmes.

See www.m-clean.co.uk

I don't know if you have been approached by or have an existing working partnership with anyone but if this is an area that you would like to develop I would be happy to spend some time on it. It wouldn't cost you anything as we operate all of our own equipment from Pressure washers, through drain jetter & CCTV survey system, chewing gum removal machines to water fed pole window cleaning and full traditional window cleaning capability.

IPAF licenses and CSCS cards are in place and there are several years of experience, at the highest level to fall back on.

If you are looking to partner this could be a very important development!!. Full contact details are on the website and after this initial contact I would prefer to make any further contact by email please.

Many thanks

Rob ;D

Thanks to everyone that has responded to me both on this thread and privately.

Some people are misinterpreting what I am saying here. This is not a sub contract opportunity. I am not sub contracting any work and I am not interested in sub contracting carpet cleaning or any other aspect of our existing work.

When I started to expand our business I took on a business partner who is extremely competent technically and operationally but needed help in running a very big contract. It is the back office skill and finance we offer.

Ast the end of the day, nothing ventured, nothing gained. If anyone has an opportunity that they could do if only they had the staff, infrastructure, credibility or simply the money then this offer could be mutually rewarding. It costs nothing to talk through ideas with people.

To answer the specific posts:

M-Clean, Carmel Pearson is not Carmel Morgan. Quite apart from anything else Carmel is Mancunian not Irish! Thanks for your offer if you have a specific contract in mind that you need to staff and or finance please let me know. You have my email address.

Landy 2, We are not sub contracting so you will get no work from us. I didnt promise that in my post. Try reading it thoroughly. I have no need to prove myself to anyone on a forum. I don't know anyone on Clean it up and looking good in front of strangers does not in my view achieve anything.

Peter 27, There is no smoke without fire!! I'm no fool and this is no sales ploy. I sometimes wish I was in offshore finance - It probably has higher margins. Unfortunately I didnt study hard enough at school for that!

Kind regards to all,

Garry

I dont't think this is all it is cracked out to be. I think they have created a website for cleaning enquiries for work, then when they have a list of people interested in 'partnering' with them you have to give them a cut of the quote you have given the client. They, themselves are the middleman and don't actually do anything. Just my opinion.
