 its raining again !

all organised for a proper full day

may have to make a burnt offering of 3 virgin scrimms to the god of window cleaning "wattathedpolle" to get this rain to stop.

going to love today, pouring down is an understatment and we have half of the day of new cleans thankfully half a day of commercial too

Weather Man just said had wettest april for 100 years :o

We all prayed for rain i suppose, forgot to add we wanted it through the night, starting 10.30am today meant to stop, dry wednesday, very wet thursday, dry friday. (SO THEY SAY!)

We had a good April turnover; though I did work two Saturdays for a few hours.

A lot of the rain was just showery; we work between the showers.

We're meant to be having an administration day today.  I'm meant to be doing my paperwork, cleaning out the van, and some maintenance jobs (changing resin, dismantling my SLXs, cleaning them, spraying them with the dry lube, sorting out the van, etc).

But Wor Lass is in bed and I'm just mincing about.  Nice!  ;D

I was on the strand when I posted before. Now Im up in Wales doing some windows in Chester. It's spitting here but the Welsh don't seem to mind it.

I got a commercial job in Chester today. 14 windows ground and first floor £30 was made up but my boss didn't seem interested. Won't even have to set the van up as we already do the job over the road so it will just be a case of turning around with the pole and doing an extra 15 minutes work and half my days wages are paid. Didnt get a thank you, kiss my bum or anything.

If you turn from the crowne plaza towards the entrance to the races befor you go under the bridge and take the first right and it was no.3. They want it doing Saturday then next Wednesday. I'm handing my notice in tomorrow
