How much would you charge? (with pics)

Hi All,

In a previous topic a few said that my prices are a bit "keen"...

I picked this job up on Saturday when out canvassing, and cleaned it today. Most of my work is every 8 weeks, but this one is every 16 weeks... On that basis what would you charge (including the skylight that you can see at the back)?

Depends. If it is on its own I would include travel time. So £20-£25 every 4 months.

I would have charged £20 for every 8 weeks... The way I see it is that you have to make it your worth while if it only comes round every 4 months!

pretty similar to you , however in order to keep her happy i would do it for £15 not alot of glass at all ,

4 montnly yea £25 so she saves a fiver.
the thing is in 4 months she might cancel you its hard to establish gota be worth your while.

£25 as well, but mine would include VAT. In fact I've got a few houses similar style to that that are cleaned 8 weekly at £20.

I would do that for £25  every 3 months,would take no more than 20 minutes but a less frequency like 4 weely I would charge £15.:)

£20 for me as its my minimum charge.

at monthly id do £12 , 8 weekly -12 £15

16 weeks id want £18 -20

Why wouldn't you bother?

Work is work... I have a few houses that are on 16 weekly, that are priced higher than normal, they are always well worth it when they come round.

must admit i wouldn't want that kind of frequency,i can just imagine the text a day before its due for cleaning

i wouldnt take the job on at that frequency.£15 at 8 weekly take it or leave it....oh and water the plants at the same time for no extra charge!!!kill two birds with one stone and all that!!! ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
