Anyone cover this area and can handle a Residential site with the following?
Window Cleaning (Reach & Wash)
External; Hard Landscaping & Grounds Upkeep
Internal; Communal Cleaning
This is what we specialise in however geographically a little bit out of our comfort zone.
Probably we would sub because our client (who is one of biggest Managing Agents in South East) has such a long winded approved suppliers procedure it would take 6 months before you could be on their tender list.
In more detail;
Residential development nice site only 2 years old or so with underground secure parking, block paved and other hard landscaped areas, play area, extensive grass and garden areas and internally main entrances, lifts, lobbies and stairwells. - Internals weekly, Exterior probably fortnightly - the grass needs a ride-on.
The window cleaning would be monthly and is ALL windows of the approx 80 odd apartments.
Aplogies for info overload but thought it would be best before anyone waste's their time.
All in all I think approx 100 hours per month plus the windows - I know some people prefer by job not hours but this agent does it very much with prescribed start and finish times. They will expect the same staff onsite at the same time every week.
