Sub pumps
« on: August 05, 2013, 08:16:43 pm »
I have a sub pump in my storage tank and a 12v shurflo in my vehicle tank. The problem is that they both fall over and when you reach the bottom of the tank they wont suck up the water.
The main problem is my vehicle tank, tried supergluing it to the bottom of the tank but it didn't work.
Why don't they make heavier pumps? any ideas anyone?

Use " Serious glue" it sticks well and is water proof.

Tie a piece of rope round the top and hang it in the tank so it's just touching the bottom, can't fall over then. ;D
