I think if you market it properly now would be a very good time to sell.  The fact that there are thousands of new window cleaners about means many people are losing their jobs and in need of a new income stream.

A ready made job with a good income would be on all their Christmas wish lists

no you dont sell now and start the commute in the opposite direction and when the move comes you will have start of a round anyway

Im swaying to selling up and starting afresh, get a roundbuilder in.

Will have a word with the boss and see what she thinks. Dont think she will be too happy though as she did months of knocking and paperwork side of things.

Dont really fancy a commute each day to be honest
