Gorgeous here in Manchester today.nice and sunny and blue sky. ;D

Glad I don't live near the coast though or on a flood plain.

Me and the girlfriend went to look at some new houses being built the other week.found out they're being built on a flood plain.unbelievable! ::)roll

not too bad this morning.managed to clean 3 large childrens homes.a few heavy showers here and there.glad to be home and dry now though as the wind is picking up! ;D

forecast doesnt look too bad for tomorrow in this neck of the woods.workable anyway.a conny roof clean and 4 large houses book in.

priced a new customers house up today.managed to get her on a 2 monthly at £45 so im happy.an hours work at most including setting up and packing away.prob more like 45 mins on maintenance cleans. :)
