robin do you get much graffiti work? im hardly getting any even tho in yelow pages, you need to be in with councils dont you?  same for chewy removal?   about 80% of my work is domestic who call me each year along with new custys but come august and sept it tails off, need to make it all year round work. maybe get a contract etc  wot about you? ???

just done 200sqm of chewy removal-on a trial for a company who then seal the area that has been cleaned- this then stops chewy from sticking to surface. if trial is successful have the promise of 1000s of sqm of the stuff to be cleaned.
Have a second van to which i am subbing work , still busy case cleaning refrigeration units and getting gutter cleaning via website, invest in a website- that is how both chewy and case cleaning work originated

it doesn't
its big firms like SITA get the council work.   but a website does help
about time you got one you know !! not that much to get one mine
has payed  for its self many times over
gutter vac is a good add on with my window cleaning
as for websites nat on here does them and ian

Just finished 16 units all gutter cleaning and have 2 more for weekend- all via my website.
Chewing gum via my website - searched via steam cleaning.
website cost £235 more than paid  for itself.
Also have a second website - cost£50- still getting hits and work- built this one my self
Was selling gutter vac - but didnt get the right offer so just continued to promote it.

Currently having 10k leaflets produced advertising all services.

Also had some bill boards made and sighting them in good points-close to busy traffic spots.

Was thinking of purchasing advertising trailer

Got a few irons in the fire- hopefully they will all come to fruition.

Gutter cleaning is hard work- did a mates last week, cast iron- almost full.

Had to rake prior to vac, or would have had to resort to ladders.

Commercial gutters are hard work - especially the higher they get, to be honest would have given up this
prior to getting  this work, had the system for sale- due to other commitments,

Last few weeks have been busy to the point where i have had to turn work away- but now have a lad coming to me with his own van paid for by his Uncle, this fellow has quite a few connections and is actively seeking work for us as well.
Quoted-  on this church last week got the job if i will lower my price - how much would you quote

also chewing gum removal pic associated
