A client of mine has a solid wood plank floor with an oiled finish, laid in her hall. It's filthy due to her 3 monster-sized dogs.
She only wants to remove as much dirt as possible at this stage, rather than my suggestion to sand and re-seal.
I'm think of using a neutral ph cleaner, lightly misted and buffed with a red pad.
I don't want to rinse due to potential absorbtion problems.
Should I buff off using a white pad or a toweling pad ?
