Coatings usually peel with time in my experience. Especially outdoors.
Do PU have a pic or know what spec tile they have.
An Ammonium BiFluoride etcher may be an option or possibly bush hammering depending on stone type.

It is better to alter the surface tension of the stone than to apply anti slip treatments of any type because by changing the surface the result is permanent.  This can be done in several ways!  Can you e mail me some photos to tilinglogistics|@hotmail.com and also ask the guy if he has any CoF results from the stone.

Kind Regards

Simon

Got your e mail and photos.  The problem as I see it is the CoF (Slip Problem).  We can solve this very easily without any anti slip treatments as it is very similar to a job we carried out in Germany last year.  This said as it is an entrance to a public building or at least a building the public use a lot I am probably going to have to carry out a few tests for you.  This will involve a full slip test both wet & dry then a test area rectification appropriate and then another slip test to make sure it complies.  I can then write you a method statement and restoration process so that you can complete the 700M2.  I will try and ring you sometime later today or you can ring me on 07770 598855 to discuss further if you like.
