Victorian tiles

Ok guys looking for advice on the the best product to dress these tile after cleaning they are plain black and terracotta colour. lots of plaster to be scraped off and then a deep clean but i want to enhance the appearance of them.

I agree. A colour enhancing impregnator will be better than a topical floor finish. It will give the appearance desired and will last longer as there is nothing to wear off.

Aqua Mix Sealing & Coating Remover, Aqua Mix Phosphoric Acid Substitute, Aqua Mix Heavy Duty Tile & Grout Cleaner Aqua Seal Honing Powder then when dry seal it with Aqua Mix Enrich N Seal.
