Title: Varnish on safety flooring
Post by: john martin on May 26, 2020, 12:08:01 pm
What could be done , it's regular not water based . The strong paint srtippers seem to be methylene chloride , could it handle it dwelled on it for a time .
It looks resilient stuff ,the safety flooring .

We have a brilliant stripper called SRP Sealing and Coating Remover.  It is water based, environmentally friendly and may require a longish dwell time but it will get it off.

Be careful if the varnish remover is solvent based it will more than likely damage the vinyl.

The water based one we sell is not necessarily slow it is just slower than solvent based ones.  We also have another product called Pro Strip that is “TRADE ONLY”
