rooms. As well as general routine cleaning, periodic cleaning including
but not limited to window cleaning, carpet shampooing, stripping and
reapplying polish, scrubbing floors (Machine and manual), high dusting,
cleaning of upholstery and the cleaning of window blinds. The supply of
consumable items in the execution of these duties and in re-stocking, for

4) INDICATION ABOUT DIFFERENT DATE FOR DURATION OF CONTRACT OR
STARTING/COMPLETION: Duration in months: 41 (from the award of the
contract).
5) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT LOTS: Part of this service regarding
public conveniences and changing rooms will be required at a different
time to the Building Cleaning Contract (approximately 9 months later). The
intention is to synchronize the timeframe for the letting of these
services during subsequent re-let processes.

4) INDICATION ABOUT DIFFERENT DATE FOR DURATION OF CONTRACT OR
STARTING/COMPLETION: Duration in months: 41 (from the award of the
contract).
5) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT LOTS: This service comes up for renewal
at a different time to the Building Cleaning Contract (approximately 9
months later). The intention is to synchronize the timeframe for the
letting of these services during subsequent re-let processes.

The selected vendor will be required to actively participate in the
achievement of sustainability (social, environmental and economic)
objectives. Accordingly contract performance conditions may relate in
