services for local authority buildings, public conveniences and changing
rooms. As well as general routine cleaning, periodic cleaning including
but not limited to window cleaning, carpet shampooing, stripping and
reapplying polish, scrubbing floors (Machine and manual), high dusting,
cleaning of upholstery and the cleaning of window blinds. The supply of
consumable items in the execution of these duties and in re-stocking, for
example public conveniences, will also be included. Cleaning services.

4) INDICATION ABOUT DIFFERENT DATE FOR DURATION OF CONTRACT OR
STARTING/COMPLETION: Duration in months: 41 (from the award of the
contract).
5) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT LOTS: Part of this service regarding
public conveniences and changing rooms will be required at a different
time to the Building Cleaning Contract (approximately 9 months later). The
intention is to synchronize the timeframe for the letting of these
services during subsequent re-let processes.

at a different time to the Building Cleaning Contract (approximately 9
months later). The intention is to synchronize the timeframe for the

The selected vendor will be required to actively participate in the
achievement of sustainability (social, environmental and economic)
objectives. Accordingly contract performance conditions may relate in

respondents to this notice will be required to complete a
pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ). Norwich City Council will use the
information provided to evaluate the applicants' business probity,
financial standing, ability and technical capacity in accordance with EU
Directives on the award of public contracts.
