Water leak under tiled floor

Went to have a look at this last week, water leak below floor, suggested getting dehums in first to see if it dries, any comments.  Leak happens three months ago

Looks like dot & dab tile fixing which is a bad tile fixing job. This should dry out in time and spots should go.

I have had this in the past. The installation guys used a heat gun or blowtorch (cant remember which) to heat the surface of the tile up to see if it disappeared.

It did so they lifted a tile and had Munters bring in desiccants to dry under the floor.

Took a few months.
