Pain in butt customer

Despite a job sheet telling my customer exactly the process involved and what they have to do before we turn up I had one today who wanted to know why I had not removed the washing machine and dishwasher to clean and seal underneath. Grrr.... I pointed out that she had a copy of terms 3 weeks ago to which she replied oh I never read them my reply was we restore floors love, we are not removal men.

Exactly right Graeme, I think we all have experienced that problem... I must have used that same term a hundred times over the years, tell them your not insured to move the homeowners furnishings and ask them what they would do if you put your back out moving it for them mate?

Exactly right Graeme, I think we all have experienced that problem... I must have used that same term a hundred times over the years, tell them your not insured to move the homeowners furnishings and ask them what they would do if you put your back out moving it for them mate?
