wood floor sand stain seal job

hello ,im from the carpet side ,the mother in law has 36 sq metres of wood flooring that needs sanding sealing and finishing
shes in cheam ,surrey
can someone give me an idea of what it would cost and whats the routine.basically what you do ?its one square living room
leave your e mail addresses,she wants it done soonish

Last one I did Gary, it worked out at £25 per m2 plus the cost of the primer and sealer.

The room needs to be emptied, it's a dirty, noisy, time consuming job even with the new, supposedly "dust free" sanders.

3 visits required -  2 for sanding and priming, 1 for sealing.

Unless you can hire decent quality equipment 75kg+ I would get someone in.

Often hire stores dont give you enough grades of paper either to get the best finish.
