Industrial floor cleaner
« on: December 27, 2011, 08:42:58 am »
Hi Guys

Can someone recommend a good floor cleaner for large areas of vynil on a builders clean. The biggest problem is dust followed by getting a residue free finish on the floor. Not used this sort of equipment before so not sure if there is a machine that can do this in one hit.

Thanks in advance
Pete

If it's an area of around 30m square then you could hire a   b45 hako industrial floor cleaning machine. Or a slightly small b30 hako.   Its basically a floor scrubbing machine with various different types of brushes from aggressive to mild It has a rear sqeeqee that lifts the dirty water to leave a nice finish.

If its a bigger area and you have lots of floor marks, tyre marks etc...... & lots of dust,  then something bigger like a ride on  Tennant M30 floor cleaning machine with aggressive sylindrical brush action.   The m30 is lpg gas operated and will clean any tpe of floor.

An even better machine is the hako 1800 lpg ride on machine. Again its for larger area's of floor but this machine will sweep all debris into a hopper and then clean the floor using an agressive brush & lift with a large rear squeeqee.

Hope this helps

Sorry forgot to say,   the tennant M30 & the hako 1800 will most definitely do this in one hit.
