Sharps / Needle stick injury poster

I was wondering if anyone out there has a document or poster which details the steps that need to be taken following a needle stick / sharps injury.

I would greatly appreciate a copy of this

if you contact the HSE on line they have a poster explaining the steps that one needs to take though it is pretty boring  :o
