Have been asked by a couple of you for a copy of my Terms of Business you can find a copy on my web site under TOB at
www.f-w-c-s.co.uk What you see is put on 1 sheet of A4 obviously using both sides. I made several versions ie regular client 14 day payment, 30 day. and 14 day one off clean. Back page stays the same on all of them. Hope it of some use. Please bear in mind have never had this looked at by a solicitor, never had to use it in a dispute of any kind. If you do use it, it is at your own risk.
