I am having a chap start work with me for a couple of days each week. Any tips on initial training? Also, any tips on safeguarding my customers being poached, I guess I will just have to keep an eye on him and anyway, if at some point he wants to go off and build his own round, then fair play to him.
Perhaps some of you have a disclaimer of sorts that I could would from??
