This is very good work! Much of the work has been established for 14 years and it is very compact. The majority of the work is detached four to five bedroom houses in clusters of up to 8 houses which can be done without moving the van. The work is currently being cleaned using the waterfed pole method. All the customers are good payers and pay by either cash, cheque or BACS.
This work comes with no equipment. I will introduce the buyer to every individual customer on purchase of the round.
The window cleaning work turns over an average of £15 - £16k a year, taking in to consideration some of the customers have the windows cleaned monthly and others two monthly. This works out at £1300 a month which can be completed in less than 8 days a month which could be as little as 2 days a week. Many of the customers have their gutters cleaned on a regular basis which brings in a lot of extra income.
