Wfp work in Ipswich for sale

I have about £1000 worth in Ipswich. I have had the work about 8 yrs. All cleaned by wfp. All the customers have been informed that there will be a change in the future. The work will continued to be cleaned by myself and kept up to date until it is sold. I'm looking for offers in the region of £4700.
