Perfect window cleaning round for sale.

Established over 10 years.

43 Commercial clients.

Turnover £58,460

Operating costs are approximately £7,000pa (Fuel £4,800, Filters £600 and Van service, Road Tax and Insurance £1,600).

Invoices paid by BACs or Cheque, and a few smaller jobs pay Cash.

1 man working (09:00 – 15:00) usually 15 days per month.

To be included in any sale, a 05 plate Renault Master DCi100 with an Ionic Pro 5, 1000litre system and all the gear you need to start straight away.

I live in Buckinghamshire, but you could be based anywhere within the area I cover (Bedford, Leamington Spa, Banbury, Bicester and Berkhampstead).

I've been a member on this site for a number of years, so consider myself honest and welcome expressions of interest, and will answer all questions however I'm particularly interested in genuine proposals.

How much r your water costs  , was 58000 actual turnover ! Or
The average of your customer base .

Not sure what my water costs are, but I guess I use about 700 litres per week.

Also £58,460 is turnover.

No, I mean less than 1000 litres per week. I've never really kept an accurate record, and I can fill up as I'm working on a few sites. Sorry if this sounds vague.

Most jobs are well priced for the actual "work"'involved, remember over 10years the best work has been kept and only replaced with even better work.

Just another bit of info, the work in the main is all weather, unique and 1 man will earn an average of over 4,700 per month for an average of 15 easy days per month (I'm fairly confident that I actually work around 4 hours a day, and only about 4 days per week).
