Title: old tea & coffee stains in office carpets

 Hi, hope someone can help me out, I've been out of carpet cleaning for about 5years and now work as a caretaker/cleaner at a local factory and they've asked me to take on the carpet cleaning, so I'm wondering if any new wonder stain remover has been developed since I last cleaned carpets? as I always found these stains a bit hit & miss.
