Title: Ez end stop
Post by: Evan on August 09, 2020, 04:03:57 pm
Anyone know why when I disconnect my pole hose from the end stop  the water continues to flow out the end stop? Cheers

the spring inside has worn, broken or got snagged - time to chop off and put on a new connector

Try changing the male connections too at the same time. It may help.

We find exactly the same thing they don’t  last long there have been several threads about this subject , the genuine Parker ones are the best but evan they don’t last long , we buy about 50 at a time and keep  spare ones  in all the vans so we dont get held up with problems

yes genuine Parker are the best - normally get a few months out of them but to be honest I have now dumped them in favour of the 8mm straight through pneumatic connectors and making the poles "tubeless"

and at around 75p each they are better value than £6.99

We don't change poles very often, if we do it's done at the van so we turn off the controller also you get little blanks, when finished for the day we use a blank to stop water over night just the same as rectus fitting do
