Title: Where can I get Borax

Borax is a detergent used in the US for a myriad of things, including getting rid of a flea infestation in carpets and furniture. (I don't have fleas! I'm asking for a friend, honest!)

Is there a similar over-the-counter product sold in the UK that has Borax in it?

I hope you not thinking of using Borax on you sofas :)

Larger outlets of Boots sell Borax although they may have to go and find it for you as it's not so common now.

There is also Laundry Borax you can buy.

Doesn't Borax come from aluminium byproduct?

yes boots will have it if not they will order it for you, good for upvc   i`m  told havn`t  tried it yet, got some yesterday great for garden furiture also i`m told ,will put it to the test.
