« on: February 14, 2011, 09:53:06 pm »
I'm setting myself targets aims and goals what I want to achieve.wonder if anyone else does  this?
Does anyone fancy a challenge?
I'm thinking 50 new customers every month.
I'm doing well picking up new customers but loves a challenge.
Anyone up for it?

Im hearing that Frank is gonna set a total of only 6 cups of tea in a day, think he wants to earn 65 quid a day instead of his usual 50 quid.

I'm trying to expand across the whole Liverpool area. I've noticed a lot of local cleaners are overcharging and i have identified a local cost effective workforce due to the current economic climate. Fortunatley for me they are adept at ladder use and i will put all of them through a working at height course which the DWP will fund (at least in part) that way i'll be re assured that they are competent .I'm looking to expand by offering customers a more competitive, cost based solution. Then i'm gonna drive round with some of my mates in a 4x4 and make sure no cowboys are operating in the areas i deem suitable for my operations.

you are missing the point, the amount of customers is irrelevant it is the monetary value that counts, I could get 50 customers in a week at the right price but I wouldn't want them.

Good ideas fellas but there is to many variables for a wager. why not set personal goals and boast about them and compare for a bit of banter and encouragement.

sorry doctor just read your last post good idea ;)

Yes I'm up for it, I get my flyers for £39 for 5000 A6, I use A6 as I find customers are more likely to hold on to them as they are almost postcard size.
I am getting them delivered for £20 per thousand, I know they will get delivered as they are genuine guys, I have known them for several years and they know I know where they live  ;)

Hi Gav, the little guy is ok, he has a club foot and his head hasn't healed as quickly as the docs like.
We had a scare when he was born though, Susan had gestation diabetes and when he was born his sugar levels were extremely low and he was very lathargic and couldn't eat properly so was put on a feeding tube.

The Lipsy stores were good, no haven't done anymore work for Richy mate.

Hows the van?

My target is to clean as many windows as possible no matter where they are as long as I can make it pay until somebody tells me to stop.

Ill then step back and assess the situation and take it from there. :).
