Title: comercial & office cleaning advice ?

hi guys

I've got two jobs to price up next week one for office cleaning once per week and the other is for a small restaurant
that requires a one off deep clean and a daily clean then on after .

first time quoting for this type of work so any advice would be much appreciated

I do a lot of office cleaning
We charge per hour
First office takes us 2 hours we charge a set price for this one of £60 
Second office is £20 per hour I takes around 1 1/2 hours we charge £40
