Title: Blood wicking...

No1. Is the blood spill on a bedroom carpet
No2. Is after cleaning, the stain has gone ( unfortunately the photo is upside down)
No3. is a week later you can see how the blood has wicked back
No4. is after a further clean (& dry) hopefully this will solve the problem

In cases like this I always advise customers that a return visit may be required. Doesn't always happen , depends on the amount of blood loss.

Don’t have one, it was a case of very slow passes with the stair tool. I actually advised the customer that cleaning it was pointless,  the amount of blood that would be in the backing & undelay would mean I’d never be able to remove it all without turning back the carpet and replacing the underlay  but They didn't Want the upheaval.
