Hi i done as Barbara said and have emailed letting agencies i have had one email back asking my price outlines and public liability insurance, i don't know what to email back, what should i charge for an agency and what do i say about the insurance as i don't have any yet?

If this is a viable business, then you must get insurance, please get advice, try the Business link site for info. Remember also even if you work alone, you’ll need to file a self-employed tax return every year to report the income you’ve made.
