Kevin is right, he is talking about the REACH act, resiblock told me about it a while back, everyones running around trying to create a solvent alternative, I believe alcohol has been mentioned as one option (as daft as it sounds)

We started getting it sorted nearly 3 years ago.  The REACH Regs are going to radically alter things in the industry.  The best sealers have always been those that allow the stone to breathe naturally and don't change the surface makeup of the stone.  Customers are obsessed with weeds and moss in block paving like it is the guys fault who cleans it!  Customers need educating regarding their expectations.  If they didn't want weeds or moss then they shouldn't have block paving in the first place.
