whirlaway

Hi i have a 5.5hp 2500psi 11ltrs a min petrol honda gx200 pressure washer and am trying to run a 18inch whirlaway on it but it is not doing the job its meant to.there dosent feel like there is enough pressure or force to clean anything is the pressure washer to weak to run this if so what would be reccomended to run a whirlaway .

for best results the washer needs to be minimum 3000psi, but yours should give a desent wash, check your fsc make sure the nozzels are clean and they are not blocked, check you have no water coming from the little hole at the bottom of rotary or the seal.

ive had a look it looks like theres quite a bit of water leaking out of the middle of the nozzle arm where the rubber washer is ...could this be the problem if so how can i fix this cheers craig

could well be, if water is coming from anywhere other than the nozzels you will not get the maximum performance from your fsc, strip it down check the seals if worn replace them,

Bin it and buy a mosmatic far superior than dual pumps rubbish!!

Sorry just dont like whirlaway far to expensive to run for what they are and what dual pumps charge for spares!

Just checked your washer spec 5hp seems very low to run a whirlaway

I sometimes run my whirlaway on my 13hp 3600psi honda and the results still suck.

I find turbo nozzle much better.

I used to have a gx200, I wouldn't have even considered running a whirlaway off that

Just curious have you tried a mosmatic??   ??? ???
