I wondered that too. Definitely more people on the Window Cleaner section.

Only chemicals I use are TFR (from local supplier cos so expensive to post so I fetch it), thick bleach (to keep the wheelies germ-free, 69p for 2 litres from Home Bargains) and my special secret recipe bin freshener which every wheelie cleaner knows but no one else does  ;D. When I'm cleaning the outside of PVC gutters or con rooves I just use the TFR. Cloths are Microfibres from BM Bargains, no wholesaler could match the price.

So, sorry I wasn't a lot of use (But at least I replied  :))

not like this in the other sections!

i asked where others get their stuff from, not who is the best place/supplier.

i give up with the cleaning section of this forum - less tumble weed in a country n western!

a lot of guys in this section are up themselves!! either very small and like to feel more of a big company on here for a little moral boost.

First why help someone who can't say where they are and hides their email.
I'm a one man band who has his supplier operate in the same village who I get Seldon and run of the mill chemicals. I get other chemicals from performance chemicals but as you cannot be specific how do you expect help on what chemicals we would use and where. As a window cleaner the gear is so widely available but as a specialist section then the help may take a little longer to come but it is there and after all us general cleaners don't sit indoors when the forecast is slightly inclemant. Ask me a question I feel I can help with and I'll answer it even if you feel the answer is pants. So wind your neck in or stay in the window box and have a very nice day  :D

Aye it's easy to get negative about non responsive members but let us not forget about the many who will give their time up to help others- without commercial benefit!!. Most of my work is window cleaning and yet I find those threads the least inspiring as a lot are just sounding off and I can do that in a mirror without the need to log on. I have to say that I'm amazed how many people share their trade knowledge on here and I certainly appreciate it.
Having said all that I do also take interest in suppliers info, but as we are from all around the UK and further a field then it's seldom much use.

Your a little unfair in my opinion!  You are supposed to be a clean it up god and your asking advice on where to buy Kentucky Mops???
